Sexual exploitation: Taking sexual advantage of another for one’s benefit, or to benefit or advantage anyone other than the one being exploited, by: (a) viewing, possessing, producing, or distributing child pornography; (b) non-consensual recording, disseminating, or copying of images, photography, video, or audio recording of sexual activity or nudity conducted in a private space; or (c) purposefully exposing another person to a sexually transmitted infection, or sexually transmitted disease, without their knowledge.
